Axllo Green Energy
The primary goal of this project is to establish a compressed biogas plant with the aim of supplying Bio CNG to local consumers at an approximate rate of Rs. 55 per kilogram.
Additionally, the plant will generate a substantial quantity of organic manure, which can be marketed in the open market for approximately Rs. 1.5 per kilogram.
Bio CNG is witnessing strong demand, and organic manure remains consistently scarce.
Both these products are essential for fruit and vegetable cultivation as well as horticultural farming, underlining their significance in meeting the agricultural sector's requirements and contributing to environmental sustainability.
Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) Plant elements
Typical CBG plant
Compressed Biogas (CBG) is a promising source of sustainable energy. It is produced from organic waste materials, making it an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional fuels.
The production and utilization of CBG have numerous benefits, from reducing waste pollution to providing a clean and renewable energy source. Axllo Auto Technologies is focused on harnessing the potential of CBG to drive greener transportation and contribute to a cleaner environment
Our CBG Plant Site at Hoolageri
We have secured a strategic 4-acre plot of land at Hoolageri, in Bagalkot District, Karnataka. This location has been carefully chosen for its accessibility and proximity to resources.
The site is ideal for establishing our manufacturing and production facilities, allowing us to efficiently serve our mission of providing green-renewable energy solutions and electric vehicles to the region and beyond.
Key Factors Favorable to the Project
Availability of sufficient raw materials like Press mud, organic waste, Cow dung etc.
Site location is adjacent to Highway.
Replacement of fossil fuels.
Few vehicles operating on CNG already.
To Improve hygiene of the surrounding operational area.
Promote organic farming.
A requirement of nutrient rich fertilizer.
Weigh bridge
Collected Feed stock from the farmers and factories are transferred to the Biogas plant.
The trolley with feedstock is weighed at
the plant and Quality is checked
After unloading of feedstock in the tank, water is added in 1:1 ratio.
After water addition, homogenous mixture (Slurry) is prepared through agitator
The slurry is transferred to the Anaerobic Digestor.
Digester
n digester, dung degrades in presence of anaerobic bacteria to produce Biogas.
Raw Biogas Storage
The generated raw biogas is collected in the Double membrane Balloons.
Purification System
The Raw Biogas contain Methane, Carbon dioxide, Hydrogen sulfide, moisture etc. The raw Biogas is purified for methane enrichment by removal of other gases and purified gas have methane content of more than 93%.
Compression
The purified gas is then compressed to high pressure of about 200 Bar.
Purified Gas Storage
Compressed purified gas is store in the
Cylinder Cascade system.
Storage Pressure : 200 Bar
Solid Fertilizer
Solid Fertilizer is further processed through vermi composting.
Solid fertilizer shall be added with required micro nutrients which shall be very useful in organic farming and a replacement of chemical fertilizers.
Fertilizer bags of 25/50 Kg shall be packed for farmers.
Liquid Fertilizer
Liquid fertilizer is collected in the tank and sold to the farmers through tankers.
This fertilizer shall also serve the purpose of manure and help retain the moisture
content of the soil.
Feed stock availability
The availability of feedstock, or the raw materials required for plant operations, has been ensured through appropriate agreements. Our organization has taken proactive measures to ensure a steady supply of feedstock by exploring multiple options.
Some of the available feedstock sources include press mud from the sugar industry, organic waste, and cow dung.
These diverse feedstock choices offer resilience and flexibility, enabling our plant to adapt to changing circumstances and maintain consistent production levels. By establishing these agreements and diversifying our feedstock sources, we are well-prepared to meet the demands of our plant's capacity and sustain our operations efficiently.
LOI by OMCs to purchase the Bio Gas
The Letter of Intent (LOI) for the buyback of biogas is currently in the process of being obtained from IOCL (Indian Oil Corporation Limited) and from other OMCs (Oil Marketing Companies) like HPCL, GAIL and IGL.
This significant development indicates a step forward in formalizing the agreement for the purchase of biogas, highlighting the commitment of OMCs to support and promote sustainable energy sources.
Government Support for CBG Plants
We are pleased to inform you that the government offers substantial support for CBG plants.
Up to 4 crores of subsidy amount will be availed.
We are eligible for bank loans covering 70% of the project cost.
Additionally, there will be no income tax liability for the first three years of our operation, , providing an excellent opportunity for rapid growth and profitability.
